These terms govern the use of FBDownload.cloud. Using any tool on this site means you accept them.

Scope of the service
FBDownload.cloud ("FBDownload", "we") is a tool that fetches publicly available Facebook media at your request. Nothing is hosted on this site. Files are fetched at request time, passed to the browser, and not retained. No account is required and no download history is kept.
Section 2
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use FBDownload.cloud. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Section 3
Acceptable use
The service is for personal, non-commercial use only, and only for media you are entitled to copy.
- Do not attempt to retrieve private, restricted, or login-walled content.
- Do not automate requests or submit bulk downloads.
- Do not redistribute media in a way that infringes the rights of its owner.
Section 4
Copyright and ownership
Media remains the property of its rights holder. You are solely responsible for how you use any file obtained through this site. Rights holders can send a takedown request to the contact address in Section 10. Include the specific Facebook link concerned, proof of rights ownership or authorization to act for the owner, and contact details for our reply. We respond to takedown requests within five business days.

No affiliation
FBDownload.cloud is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. Trademarks belong to their owners and are used here only descriptively.
Section 6
Availability
The service is offered as-is, with no uptime warranty. Changes on Facebook’s side can break tools without notice. Rate limits may be applied at any time.
Section 7
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or from any file obtained through it.
Section 8
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the site as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
